The Leather 'n Lace
Winter Dance

In addition to the Toy Runs in the summer, the IRCC hosts a dance each winter, usually around Valentine's Day in February. The Leather and Lace Dance has been a tradition for over ten years now. I mean, we're in Iowa. Ain't no one riding in Iowa in February, at least not much. Might as well dance!

In 2010 the dance was on Saturday, February 13th. Doc's in Sioux Center hosted the event. Entertainment was provided by Hippie Go Lucky. The cost at our dances is always $5 per person or $10 per couple (we try to keep the math simple). Doors open when you get there, band starts at eight or whenever they finish tuning, whichever comes last.
